Top Northwest couple in 2008 will be competing in Renegade® Boots for the 2009 season.
Husband and wife team Lee Pearce and Naomi Preston have their 2009 ride season plans slated, which will begin with Home on the Range Ride in Othello, Washington on April 4, 2009. In 2008, both riders won their regional weight divisions in AERC and were 5th for the National Husband and Wife award.
In addition, Lee’s horse “JAC Mr. Turner” was 5th Nationally for Best Condition and PNER’s overall champion, with Naomi’s horse “Karlady” taking 2nd in the PNER in the point standings. Karlady also placed 8th for the National War Mare and Top Ten for the Pioneer award.
Lee reports:
“I’ve been a distributor for Renegade® Boots for over a year now and my clients reported great successes throughout the 2008 season in Endurance competitions and other disciplines as well. We’ve always used the boots for conditioning and training rides and they’ve worked flawlessly. We have never competed in a ride without having our Renegade® boots on board for emergencies.
We feel so confident with the Renegade® hoof boots’ ability to perform that we have decided to compete this season in the boots. Although I’m a farrier and shod our horses last year, I feel strongly we’ll have big successes this year too.
As a Certified Natural Balance barefoot trimmer and farrier, I knew from the beginning that Renegade® hoof boots would be excellent for Endurance, trail riding and other disciplines. From a farrier’s perspective, Renegades are constructed to really help protect the hoof and limb of the horse.
They have a great break-over system which is essential for every horse in having a long career. The frog support and traction system of the boot is the best out there and I’ve also noticed how comfortable the horse seems to be in Renegades compared to other boot brands. The quality in workmanship is a standout and they’re made right here in the USA!
Thanks Kirt and Gina for an outstanding product!”
