“I was hesitant to do too much with the boots on, even after you helped me fit them. I didn’t want to make him worry or slip or stumble. After 10 minutes of quiet warm up, I forgot he was wearing them, and we did an hour of cantering, flying changes, galloped on the grass and even jumped! When I got off, I remembered he had his Renegades on! They never twisted, rubbed or came off, and his traction on the rock, grass and wet dirt was equal to his barefoot traction.
